Distribution and abundance : Widespread and common

Habitats : Gardens and woodland

Flight Period : Double-brooded mainly; March to May and July to September, but may occur in almost any month

Final Catalogue : The twenty Plume occurs everywhere among honeysuckle and is always present at Monks Soham and Ipswich lights; frequently found hibernating indoors.
