Flying in the open, not uncommonly but difficult to catch, at Kessingland in June 1890; swarmed at Kessingland in 1903 (Bloomfield in EMM.). Rare at Lowestoft, before 1890 (Skepper, L).On the shore at Hopton in August 1927 (Mr) and at Easton in 1934 (Baker).
